• In the unlikely event the hotel must cancel the event, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund issued
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or service
• One accompanying adult per child is included in the children’s ticket price & will receive a complimentary tea or coffee
• Any additional adults must purchase a ticket at the time of booking, which will also include a complimentary tea or coffee
• The complimentary tea or coffee included with adult tickets cannot be substituted for any other beverages
• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who must remain at the event for the full duration
